The bg needs to be plain for this. It works very well. Can't think of anything I don't like about this piece. Nice job.

the gray text should have some texture. i also think a different background stock would be better, maybe try a mountain stock with a dark gray and lower the opacity and maybe set it on multiply, i dont know but just mess around.
