What's wrong with the A-League! Quality isn't that good, but it gets better every year imo. I like the fact that Melbourne now have a team I actually like instead of just one that I had to like.

2nd one is the better of the two by far. I love the simplicity and the wide array of colors. 1st one definitely nees some better stock work, text could also be a bit better

I like the 2nd one myself -- needs some text, though.

adding solid color bar with simple arial block could work
