Man Utd Fires LVG

Louis van Gaal and his entire Dutch coaching staff was shit-canned Monday. LVG will get $7.5M for being released from his contract early and $600K in bonuses for winning the FA Cup. Utd averaged 1.29 goals per game this season, their lowest figure since 1989-90.  
 
Jose Mourinho and his agent are now set to discuss terms with Manchester United on Tuesday. At 66%, Mourinho holds the highest win ratio of any Premier League manager.

Cannot say I was surprised. Ltd really had a rough year. Hopefully Mourinho can at least help them pick up some of that.

Not shocking at all, but I think van Gaal got a lot more stick from Man United fans then he should've. The Red Devils finished level on points with City who finished fourth and won the FC Cup this season. It all depends on who they bring in as their new manager. Mourinho seems to be the favorite to take over the job and IMO that would be a horrible move for Manchester.
