No, they're pretty much maxed out assuming they have money on the side for Granger, McRoberts, and Haslem.

Wade's cap hold is significantly bigger right now than what it will be when he signs that new deal, I would guess. Once he signs his new deal it will open up a little more room. Still don't think it would be enough for Lance though. Could be wrong though.

If you are under the cap, don't exceptions still add to your base salary and lower your cap space?  I know you can use them when you are over the cap, but if you use them when you are under, don't they still add into the figure?

Those deals may not even be exceptions, still waiting to see on that. I'd lean towards those are cap space deals now though.
