Jim Bob Cooter is the offensive coordinator now. He was the qb coach

Caldwell needs to go, too.. I am not a big fan of Caldwell. I know the Lions did good under him last year but they also had Lombardi and everyone else who they just now fired. It's too bad they didn't get Mike Zimmer, I think he would have been perfect for them.

All that thought about a Lombardi being a coach, had high hopes, but he seems to just share the name. It's not entirely on him that there's not much time to let the plays happen, but even when there was time, not always the best decisions. I know it's not all on him, obviously with the firing of two other coaches as well, being OL coaches, but something did need to be changed.

lombardi claims stafford couldn't adjust to his game plans and once cooter took over he was told to simplify the playbook so he could comprehend it.

This actually sounds fairly believeable. Something about it just sounds like a Stafford problem.

I'm pretty sure Vinny Cerrato isn't very busy these days.  He'd be a great choice.

I feel so sorry for Lions fans, when Matt Millen got fired people thought that the team could start being decent. But now, it's a disaster, wouldn't doubt if come off-season, it'll be a dumpster fire.
