JaVale McGee is way too good. He has ‘B’ inside, ‘A’ defense and ‘B+’ rebounding from a dude who irl did 10/8 in the 2010-2011 season.

I think most of these guys should be nerfed a bit. I think there are too many ‘A’ and A- ratings. File is gonna get inflated fast.

Drafts just have to stay consistent with leagues or the old heads who were on starting file will rule the league until they retire

I don’t mind some inflation, especially because both BSL and Nomad were/are pretty deflated. But I think the way this index stands right now the inflation is gonna be a bit too much. I think everyone needs to be toned down a bit.

Hornets gripes:
 
cp3 should have a better inside game. C rating is too low imo.
david west needs a little boost on D and/or rebounding. He was very solid for the Hornets at age 30.
Ariza seems okay ratings wise...maybe just needs to have solid potential? Obviously I don't know his pot but in case it's super low.

I think Ömer Asik’s def and rebounding needs to come down a little. In his best year irl (2012-13) he only did 10/11 with 1bpg

Granger could use a handles boost and I think his defense is a bit high as well. C+ handles and B defense would be where Id put him.

I think the file looks really good, I would run it as is and allow a few small gripes after the draft.
