Cavs star PG Kyrie Irving has been out with a knee injury since the first game of last year's Finals. The Cavs have publicly said that they will not rush him back, because they want him to be as close to full health as possible so that they can gear up for another Finals run this year. Not much is known about Irving's timetable, however he did say that he has a date set... Privately. When asked why he wouldn't divulge specifics, Irving went on to talk about how if a specific date is set and it's not met, people will lose their minds about it. It also adds more pressure on the player. Some reports surfaced prior to the season that he could have potentially played on opening night, while others listed him as a scratch until the 1st of the year. I believe it will fall somewhere in-between (likely in December closer to Christmas Day). Thoughts?
