Our young talent is alot more promised then most, thats why how they play this season is so big.

Dub C is going to be a star, a Shawn Marion type player.

Gallo is yet to be seen

And Hill should do well in our offense since he can get up and down the floor.

As for Lee and Nate it was smarter to give them one year deals, then give Lee his 60mil contract, and have to run with the same exact team next year then at least TRY to bring a big name in.

If yall didnt realize, we still have bird rights on Nate and Lee, meaning we can give them the type of deals they want next year, or S&T them.

Smart move by Donnie.
Yea, thats a lot more promising then most.. Someone you claim who will be a star, then an unknown in Gallinari, who probably will be no more then just a spot up shooter, and he already has back problems, and then one other young player..

There arent many teams with young guys like Chandler. D'Antoni is huge on Gallo, he believes he can be a really good player and Hill's still raw. But his ability to score rebound defend and run the floor is special.

So yeah, more promising then most.

Really? I thought D'Antoni would say a lotto pick from last year completely sucks and has no chance in the league..

How about lets keep the debate going instead of copping out with a dumb ass comment?

There isnt enough to go on for Gallo to have a complete analysis of his game because he sat most of last year out.

So to listen to what his coach, the guy who watches him play everyday, is far from dumb.

Keeping up?

You have an opinion about someone becoming a star, but I can't have an opinion on a Knicks play not turning into a good/great player?

He missed the year with a back problem, which I brought up, you don't want a young to have a back problem..

We can listen to the coach, who like every coach will overrate their own players.

Keeping up?

Im not saying Gallo is a star nor did I say he'd be great, Im just as iffy on him as anyone else, but to say all he'll be good for is spot up shooting is ridiculous when you havent seen enough of him. Nobody has seen enough of him, in game, to give a reliable review.

He's saying he's back to 100% with his back, no more pain, so that part may not even be a problem anymore.

Your hate for the Knicks is warranted, everyone knows youll take any chance possible to bash us, but when you do it, at least have some kind of argument to back it up, please.

I was saying it more towards your opinion on Wilson Chandler. And it's my opinion, that he'll be just a spot up shooter but I forgot I'm not allowed to have an opinion, but you're allowed, thanks for clearing that up for me.

If you're going to try and debate don't contradict yourself.

I call your opinion out because you never have anything good to say about my team, so yeah I dont care for your opinion.

And where did I contradict myself?

I never said Gallo would be a great player, I said his play this season will factor into our chances in 2010. And "he has yet to be seen."

So please tell me where I contradicted myself lol

You're basically telling me I can't have an opinion on Gallinari, then you have this opinion that Wilson Chander will be a great player.. Opinions are void now, sorry.

Your opinion, about a team you constantly put down and obviously dont like because off all the Lebron to NY talk, isnt needed.

So no, just YOUR opinions about the Knicks are void.

I really don't hate the Knicks, I don't know why you think that. It's not like LeBron will even consider them.. If he leaves its to New Jersey. No star is going to sign to an irrelevant team like the Knicks.
