You're getting pretty damn good.
Dwight Howard: Text isn't really fitting, and it looks like the render is floating. Try a black/white gradient map on Multiply to darken the edges, giving more depth/blending.
LeBron: Looks a bit over contrasted, and the text should be moved, possibly to above the fireplace, then use the perspective tool to make it look like it's painted on?

i love the clean feeling of the howard one, although as SG said, text doesnt really fit. i like how you integrated the text, but i think a different font choice would be better
for the lebron one, it's so original, amazing job. my only problem is the text. looks like it was slapped on at the last moment, and is extremely distracting. fix the text

Honestly, I know I couldn't do it, but LeBron doesn't look like he's sitting in that chair at all, lol.
Other than that, they're nice though.
