Bring Kevin Love to the Phoenix Suns! I sure hope the Suns really pursue him. I would have no problem giving up our Lottery Pick to get him.  Chicago and Golden State are the front runners right now, but never know.  Any insight where he will most likely end up?

Really no clue

Boston has assets
Suns do too, and hed still be close to home and hed have a nice up tempo team with two young studs
Chicago in a weak east makes sense for sure
Dubs with curry would be intriguing i can see why he likes them

Seems to be the big 4
Lakers and Knicks are delusional

Watch Flip Saunders deal him to NYK or LAL now, though, to spite him for being such a fucking bitch.

Mexi, I have a real feeling that Daryl's going to get into this, and while the offensive firepower of adding either Melo or Love to Houston is intriguing, adding Kevin Love would be defensively disastrous.

How on earth would Houston trade for him?

I can see Chicago getting him if they don't sign Melo. I also like Golden State's chances.

I say I wnat the Knicks to get him, but I also realize it would be a massive steal because aside from Hardaway we have nothing to trade. And I don't even think he's that valuable in a trade, lol.

Why would Detroit do that though?
yea, i thought about it after. we'd still be on the hook with smith but unless someone slips im not even sold on drafting at our spot, id rather trade down. but otherwise love is what we need next to drums. idfk lol

I'm still perplexed at them declining the Cavs offer on draft night. They'll try again, all depends on how the Wolves value our young recently drafted prospects teetering on the status of busts. I'd be surprised if they get anything done.

They'll try the lotto pick this year, the Memphis first we own down the line, another future first, and then probably Anthony Bennett and/or Tristan Thompson. Although Bennett is probably a lot more valuable than perceived around the media and league.

My guess is it will be a team no one thinks of.

They have no picks of value though. All they could offer is expiring

They both were drafted around the same slot in 2012. Sullinger had a better year this year albeit in a much bigger role. Jones is a bit older IIRC

Their value is probably about the same, with a slight edge to Sullinger based on what he showed this year. Can't forget Sullinger's back issues though

I don't think either have some overwhelming trade value, but Jones is more valuable, and I think it's fairly clear. There is not much upside with Sullinger. He is a great offensive rebounder because he's active and has long arms. But everything else is very meh. He's largely inefficient because he is not actually good in the post, despite what you'll here. His post moves are overstated. He was good in the post in college because he basically just overpowered everyone. His athleticism (or lack thereof) causes him to struggle to finish around the rim. He plays well below the rim as a PF, which wouldn't be a huge issue, but being undersized makes it a glaring issue. While improved, his jump shot is still a huge work in progress, and the hope would be for it to become average, which is not enough to make him a high level starter. He's an "energy" big who plays no defense.

This has nothing to do with my opinion on Jones either. He's simply more valuable because he isn't a 270 pound statue with no athleticism playing PF. This isn't meant to be a shot at Sully either. He can be a valuable bench contributor down the line if his shot improves, but the upside is not there unless he suddenly grows taller and thus can play center.

I think you're being too harsh on Sullinger. He just turned 22, I think saying he has "no upside" is unfair. Is he going to get a lot better? No, but I don't think he's peaked.

I edited my post right after. If his jump shot improves he can be an integral bench piece to a good team, but I don't see any more. He's just way too limited.

I shouldn't even have had to say all that, but bosox insists he has some untapped potential, when its not even remotely true. He is what he is. Provides energy and hopefully down the road can consistently hit a stand still jump shot.

His back was the only reason he wasn't a Top 7 pick. Saying he doesn't have potential is crazy. He needs a defensive big with him to be at his best, and Pek is definitely that, Dieng too. His jumper is much much improved, and if he continues at this rate will be fairly decent.

I see no reason why Sullinger can't be Milsap-like, with a worse shot?

Terrence Jones is Marvin Williams at best

Alright Terrence Jones is a different position that Marvin completely so that's just a lazy comparison to someone who was a bust. You could argue Jones already put up a season better than Williams ever has in just his second season.
