How do you do the scanline outline? Baggs or Gtown?

For me, it's a patter overlay on a duped render, then set the render to 0% fill.

I may go back and try to change the black though

...and I love Gomes

It's just a scanline fill, select the render make a new layer and fill with scanlines.

Speaking of which, I'd move that layer to the back of the render it looks bad in front. And yea make the left side more red, good overall.
