This is an interesting trade for the Blue Jays, but it still doesnt address their biggest weakness which is starting pitching. Dickey and Hutchison as front end starters are not good enough. I think this is more a move for the future and then the Jays will target pitching in the offseason.

If you can add a one win upgrade at any position, you take it. Obviously some pitchig would be nice but this make the jays a better team now and on the future.

Carrasco would be nice. Young and controllable, but AA would pretty much have to gut the farm to acquire him.

This is a really good upgrade at SS. I wish they focus more on pitching though
