I'd go with LeBron or Durant as well.
Blake would be in mind, but he doesn't make his teammates better like the other two.

I hate to say it cause I think very little of the guy personally but probably Chris Paul, then Dwight Howard. You don't win championships without a really good PG unless you're the Lakers who have good talent everywhere else.

Howard because a great center is hard to come by.

Crap this is hard. Can't go wrong with Durant, Griffin, DWill or CP3.

lebron is already half way done with his career

i love derrick rose, but more than half the league has a solid-great PG

to me it's between Durant, Dwight and Blake
i'll take Blake

btw Rip, to say Blake doesnt make his teammates better is absolute ludicrous. watch a clipper game. not mad at you saying bron or kd, just saying

I have to ask Mexi and the other guy who said Blake, why?

I mean the guy has GREAT athleticism human highlight film v2..... but his post game is awful, really no consistent range beyond 8-10 feet and IMO his game is no where close to Malone's

Malone had a great mid range jumper, post game

Id have to go with Derrick Rose, he's determined to be a great player, it shows in his offseasons, constantly improving his game, and in 2 years he's gonna be the best player in the league.

drose is great like i said, but 75% percent of the league has a really really good PG
why build your team after a guy when you can get another pg a little later

Blake is still a rookie and has improved every month. he's putting up 23/14 as a rook. holy cow. and he still has ways to go, scary proposition

i didnt see Karl Malone's early career, and the Clippers announcer could be being a homer, but he said Malone didnt have Blake's jumper when he was 21

plus, he's a PF. pretty much every championship team with the exception of a few have had a big as their foundation

just as Rose is determined as hell, so is Blake. he has a kobe-like work ethic.

False. LeBron is 26 years old, one year older than Dwight who you put up there, and as long as he stays healthy like he has been, could be elite for another 10 years.

I wouldn't take Blake. Doesn't offer a whole lot defensively, can't shoot, has no post game, all he can do is dunk. He's a flashy player, but he's not a guy you build a team around.

game-wise, not age wise. that many games before he's 30 is a ton. i understand he's a great athlete, but it catches up
8 seasons + playoffs
it's all relative. im not saying lebron has exactly 8 seasons left. just probably 8 of top basketball, maybe less

look at KG, Tmac, Kobe's in his 14th year. and he didnt play the minutes lebron has his early career, but it evened out because he's played 2 and half seasons of playoff basketball. thats 16 years

and to say blake cant shoot and has no post game is like saying phil jackson can out sprint derrick rose

he's putting up 23/13 shooting 52% as a rookie. rookie. and he does have some holes in his game, but he's already this productive with a crazy work ethic, and a game that can use a little improvement. are you kidding me? he's special

How does Blake make his teammates better? I don't think he plays point forward lol.

because he doesnt play point forward means he cant make his teammates better?

i understand assists arent everything, but he's a great passer
the only big averaging more assists a game is the best passing big in the league, pau gasol
