I don't see how a 4x defensive player of the year shouldn't get it.

Wow what a coincidence I was just thinking about this. I don't think he's a HOFer.

call me a homer or whatever but i say yes. ben is arguably one of the top three-five best defenders and could be the best help side defender. plus the dude was told hed never be able to rebound or hardly play in the nba and look what hes done.

I say yes, but it depends on who he would get selected over.

Close call but I agree with CC, I'd say no right now.

I'll wait and see what happens with Rodman before I decide on Wallace.

I'm saying yes because he has accomplished a lot. Probably have some of that homer aspect to my opinion, but to me it's a yes.

If there were such a thing as an all-defense HOF then yes.

The fact that he was undrafted says a lot I think.

What does that have anything to do with it? You can't put a guy in the HOF based off where he was drafted, you just have to put the best players in. Ben Wallace is one of the best post defenders of all time, but he's also one of the WORST offensive post players.

Yeah, but being undrafted means no one thought anything of you, and you proved them all wrong. And had a solid career anyways.

I agree with BKS, if Rodman doesn't get in, Ben shouldn't.

There's no such thing as a Hall of Fame sympathy vote...

Would love to see him get in, not sure if he will but definitely deserves a shot.
