Ok so first off my question is why does the site run so slow when im on it. When i hit view new content it takes atleast 30 seconds. same thing happens after i reply or want to start a topic. Anybody know what the problem could be? And my suggestion is I think we should get a bookie on the site. I would help run it

It occurs for all invision forums until your browser gets used to it and builds up cache for it
Just keep visiting the site and it'll get faster with time (lol, not just a scheme to get you to stay active or anything)

Some people have loading issues, some don't. I have for a long time and it only seemed to get worse after the upgrade.

It's frustrating, but you just have to try and deal with it I guess.

I believe he's referring to vbookie. People "bet" on games and stuff. I'm assuming there's typically a system where you can claim free stuff but I'm not sure.

I don't think we have the cash to throw around on free stuff so if there were prizes it'd probably something like Free Copy of Madden 07.

From what I've seen on most websites that have vBookie there's just like a forum equivalent of VC in 2K that you win, except there is nothing to spend it on, so it's a stupid thing to add when you can just have a thread that accomplishes the same thing.
