I dont blame him, it was an extra inning game. As for Griffey I heard it wasnt true, well thats what the manager Wakamatsu said. Bullpen pitchers fall asleep all the time, so I dont know why this is a big deal and the other isnt.

Devils Advocate: What's to say LaRue, a 20+ year veteran beat-writer in the city of Seattle, is lying? I last read LaRue's blog and he's sticking by his story. LaRue says that it would be too easy to "dime out" the 2 players who reported Griffey's clubhouse nap & get himself off the hook...but selling out his sources is nothing he has ever been interested in doing.
