if he can manage to play 15-18mpg they got a steal. he wont ever be more than a role player but he can be a second string anchor.

He'd be a great asset off the bench if he can play 14+ minutes. Only problem is I don't think any teams wanted to give up that roster spot to him, but at the minimum that's a fucking steal.

There is obviously no downside to signing him, but acting like it's a steal is a bit much. He hasn't played in a game in 3 years, he might not even be good anymore if he is healthy.
