Jay Glazer of FOX Sports reports that he sees “no way” that Harbaugh remains the coach of the 49ers in 2015 even if the team were to win the Super Bowl.

Harbaugh's style has "worn thin" in the organization, according to Glazer.

Does he walk around naked in the locker room poking people with his boner? I don't understand why they're so adamant about getting rid of a guy that has been so overwhelmingly successful.

I can't see a competive guy like Harbaugh jumping down a level to college when he knows and has proven he is succesful at the highest level

I've never seen a franchise that wanted to return to mediocrity so badly. This roster really isn't that good, in certain areas (the secondary, for one, and until this year the WRs were really questionable). There is no doubt whatsoever that he and his staff maximize this roster, and often times have them outplaying their talent level.

They have the most erratic quarterback in the league and want to take a quarterback guru away from him. They're begging for Kaepernick to fail, if Harbaugh leaves.

The 49ers have arguably the most talent in the league.

The reminds me of when the Pistons fired Rick Carlisle out of nowhere because he was allegedly such an insufferable asshole that ownership and management just couldn't handle him despite him lifting the franchise out of the sewer. Different sport and a different time, of course. It worked out for the Pistons, well, because they had Larry Brown waiting for the hire. They also didn't have to talk about it all season long, because nobody saw it coming, because 2002 NBA isn't exactly 2014 NFL. So not only do the 49ers have to see this talked about all season long, but they also don't have their Larry Brown waiting in the wing unless Bill Belichek suddenly decides he'd rather live in on the bay.

Should be a fun disaster too watch.

As far as Harbaugh's next destination, the Michigan talk will heat up a LOT more than it already has. I'll believe it when I see it.

Stephen Ross, the owner of the Miami Dolphins and 200 million dollar donor to the University of Michigan has been staunchly publicly supporting David Brandon, the Donald R. Shepherd Director of Athletics at the University of Michigan. Why might Ross, the university's most influential financial supporter, vouch for an A.D. who has embarrassed the school numerous times over the past few years and overseen the football program fall to shambles?

In my opinion it's because if Brandon survives, Brady Hoke will also survive for one more lame duck season. Brandon won't fire his yes-man who let's him sit in on team film study. The board of regents won't allow Brandon to hire the next coach if it happens right now. If Hoke goes, they both go. If Brandon stays, they both stay for one more lame duck season. Connect the dots, the Dolphins desperately want Harbaugh. Ross is power playing to make it happen by pushing Michigan out of the picture.

I'd bet a thousand dollars Harbaugh is the Dolphins next H.C. and as collateral damage, Brandon and Hoke stay in at Michigan. Just watch, even if the Dolphins go 10-6, they'll kick Philbin's ass to the curb the day after Harbaugh is fired or resigns in San Francisco and they'll hire Harbaugh the day after that.

Yeah, no. The most talent in the trenches? Absolutely. Everywhere else? Not even close.

I dont see why the 49ers would want to get rid of this guy. he seems like a great coach in my eyes. I would love to see him come coach the Jets if Ryan gets fired

That's what I don't get either? Is it the players or the gm that's having issues with him? If it's the gm, get rid of him. If Harbaugh is fired, SF will become the a losing team without him.

It's gotta be with the gm or ownership. for a player they probably ignore his attitude because it translates in to success, but the suits might think his attitude prevents then from winning a slower bowl or some stupid shut like that.

These professional athletes don't like to be told what to do and Harbaugh is trying to establish "discipline".  Lots of pre madonnas

If he is fired, where do you think he will end up?  I really think he will go back to college and take over Michigan.
