Don't think it's a bad replacement for Tuck at all

Maybe a change of scenery will be good for him, but this guy was a pretty big bust out of college.

Either way he's an upgrade over Kiwanuka.

Very solid signing. Will fill Tucks role as a stout run defender on the edge. I know PFF isn't the end-all-be-all but last year him and Tuck had pretty comparable seasons. Tuck graded out as +11.7 in run defense and +0.8 for pass rush while they gave Ayers an +11.5 in run defense and +3.9 for pass rush.
 
 
If we can grab Donald in the 1st we'll have a really nice rotation and I'll be super excited about our d-line.
