Giants, Cowboys, Eagles--who is the most dangerous to NFC powerhouses?

We can say all we want about Chip Kelly's unpredictable, explosive offense, but we'd have to balance that out by pointing out Philadelphia's porous, terrible secondary, and all around unimpressive defense. We can talk about DeMarco Murray and Dez Bryant, or the Dallas OL, which might be the best in the league, but we'd have to balance that out by discussing how Dallas' improved defense is already dealing with injuries that have held McClain out of games, will likely hold Carter out this weekend, and have stolen Claiborne for the year, a guy who struggles mightily at times but has made big plays for his team. And then you have the curious case of the New York Giants, a team with a solid defense, great secondary, quarterback who only needs a good running game to be great, and very good receivers, not to mention an up and coming freak of a tight end. And yet, the Giants might have one of the worst offensive lines in the league. So the question begs to be asked, which of these teams will rise up and pose a real challenge to the Seahawks and Packers of the NFC?

I agree it's Dallas. My main concern with the Giants still is their pass protection and dropped passes.

I think the Eagles match up the best with the Seahawks out of the options here, but I don't think any team is an actual threat. I expect Seattle to steamroll through the NFC, and lose to the Bengals in the super bowl.

I would argue Dallas would be most threatening to Seattle, as they have a better defense, offensive line and running game, a much better quarterback, and better receivers. At the same time, Jason Garrett is no Chip Kelly, and that could make all the difference.
 
But we all know how the Cowboys like to fold.

Room is the biggest thing making me doubt Dallas. Same with Eli and the Giants except their distinct lack of a running game may be more concerning. Out of the 3 I'd say the Eagles pose the biggest threat to either the Packers or Seahawks. Their front 7 proved last week that it can in fact get pressure on a QB which IMO is where a great defense all starts. And we all know how explosive that offense can be on any given Sunday

I hate to say it as I am not a fan of Dallas, but the way they played their last game, the are the ones that are on top.  Giants are a close second.  Now this can all change this week as we all know both Manning and Romo are inconsistant.

What makes me doubt the Eagles, aside from the bad secondary, is Nick Foles. Dude can play lights out one game, like a 3rd stringer the next.

They are all really crap shoots as of right now.  So damn inconsistant on both sides of the ball on all 3 teams really.

Dallas has been really impressive over the last few weeks. but the Giants have been playing good the past few weeks after a few loses to start the year. after the next 2 weeks I think it will tell u alot about the nfc east. the giants have the eagles this week then dallas the following week. if they split the 2 games the giants will still be in the hunt. if they lose both games there season may as well be over. if there win both games they may end up in 1st place of nfc east

As much as I hate saying this, I am glad to see Dallas winning.  It makes the NFL more exciting to see America's team finally be relevant (for now at least).  I was happy to see them beat the Seahawks on Sunday, but it should be interesting how they play against the Giants.  Will the Cowboys finally get over the hump and not find ways to lose??  We shall see.  They definitely have the talent to become a playoff team.
