Matt Moore sucks. Rays got a nice value nabbing a player who put up almost 5 wins last year for a pitcher who's hasn't had a good track record in the major leagues.

Moore does have a track record, just has some injuries in his past. This could be a solid deal for the Giants, but not at the cost of Duffy. The Rays did phenomenal in this deal.
