Vince Young will be officially released on Thursday.
We've known this was coming for months now. He's recently been linked to the Dolphins as an upgrade on Chad Henne and to the Eagles as a backup to Michael Vick. Teams will want to kick the tires on his mental state, as on-field play has never been Young's problem.

I would be pissed if Nnamdi went to the Jets, but if they sign him they wouldn't have enough cap to sign Holmes. Essentially the Jets have to choose between Asomugha and Holmes.

Either way, Cromartie is gone.
