So some of you guys saw me post one of these in TL. I did another concept and might do a third. It's a Real Estate company that works with "healthy homes" (water, air systems, etc), so that's the thinking behind the "+" in the second one. Feedback is appreciated.

I like the first one. I think the green is nice, and could show off that healthy look

i really like the first. the second doesnt look overly professional for a real estate business. in the first, id make the green a little drake or the gray a little darker.

idk the rule of thumb about gradients in logo designs but maybe put a gradient on the gray?
