Buy, they don't have any weapons that they can use to make the playoffs, although they are in the weakest division, the NFC South. Their quarterback situation isn't exactly clear and Cadillac Williams hasn't showed any signs that he can stay healthy throughout the NFL regular season.

Buy/Sell: Adrian Peterson leads the league in rushing in the 2008 Season.

Sell, even as a Redskins fan, I think they basically got lucky in the weak NFC last year to make the playoffs. The Giants will still be good, as well as the Cowboys (as much as I hate to say it), but the rest of the NFC may be getting stronger, so the Redskins will struggle to get into the playoffs even though their team actually is pretty good.

Buy/Sell: Michael Turner rushes for 1,000+ yards in his first year as an Atlanta Falcon.

Sell, I believe this year's Patriots were somewhat special as far as amazing teams go, but I don't see another one of those kinds of teams in the NFL emerging anytime soon.

Buy/Sell: The Cleveland Browns make the playoffs in '08-'09.

Buy. IMO, they can either take the division (unless the Steelers do very well in the draft) or get a wild card spot. With their vastly improved run defense and a good WR to have across from Edwards.
