FoxSports - Brett Favre to the Vikings remains a live issue.

Jay Glazer of FoxSports reports from Minnesota's camp that nearly everyone he spoke to from the team expects Favre to be their quarterback.

"I'm telling you it's already done," said one Viking. "Right after the Indy game (first preseason game). I don't think anyone here doesn't think that."

Another Viking said, "I don't know if it's done, but I think he'll be in by the third preseason game."

Those close to Favre told FOXSports.com he is still contemplating what he wants to do and is still eliciting advice from people he trusts regarding his decision.

Hopefully he comes back, he might realize that he is done when he throws more picks then TDs

one day Favre will be 70 something years old and then some random article will come out saying Favre contemplating a return! and everyone will be like omfg, and then it will go on for a few months and then finally he'll just say nvm, and then the same thing will happen like 10 years later

It's not Favre who's being annoying, it's the media for treating this like it's front page news. Anyone smart knew that he wasn't really staying retired, he just doesn't want to deal with training camp and the whole preseason...

No he doesn't, I'm sure he could care less if the media is talking about him or not. This story is about what Vikings players are saying about Favre, not what Favre is saying about Favre. The media overplays the crap out of this story, it's not his fault...

For a guy that's played football his whole life it'd be hard to just walk away. I will support whatever decision he makes. I personally think he should just call it quits but he loves the game soo much it's hard saying what will happen. According to a few Viking players he'll be there by the third preseason game so who knows what's going to happen.
