Pulling my hair out while trying to get Cowboys fans to understand this is no longer about Zeke's guilt/innocence. What the courts are ruling/ruled is the NFL's authority under the CBA to punish, specifically whether or not there's enough to hand down a suspension. 
 
Zeke loses and it's on the NFLPA. 
 
The league has too much authority to hand down punishments for personal conduct, regardless of the law, and that's because the players allowed it to happen. The next round of CBA talks is going to be a nightmare.

I actually don’t think Zeke deserves to be crucified here. His accuser was found to have lied to investigators. In a normal court of law, her claims are tossed due to lack of credibility.

I get the NFL has had enough with the shitty player conduct but failing to admit they overreacted on this one hurts more than it’s helps.

All the evidence in the Elliott case shows the girl made up the story to get publicity and money. And thats why Zekes continuously appealing - he didnt do it
