If this is true it shouldn't come as a shock. I said as much like three weeks ago.

Hypothetically, if Cleveland passes on him, how far would he fall?

This is my question as well. This would drop most players exponentially, and while I think Embiids potential has kind of gotten unrealistic, he's still more sought after than the average player.

Think he would drop similarly to the way Noel did last year.

I don't think he'll fall past 3.

2. MIL: They could still easily take Embiid, but they could take Parker/Exum as well, and if Cleveland is scared of him, Bucks probably are too
3. PHI: They don't need Embiid because of Noel, and I'd assume this would be Exum or Parker here
4. ORL: They have Vucevic at C, and have a need at PF. I don't think Vucevic or Embiid would fare too well as a PF. Randle or Vonleh fit well, and they could go Smart as well
5. UTA: This is probably where Embiid goes, unless they really like Gordon
6. BOS: No chance he falls past Boston, but if Utah somehow passed on him, he'd go here.

Aside from trades, why would the Sixers take him? One of Wiggins/Parker/Exum will be available, and they would provide immediate impact. How many off-injured shot blocking centers do you need? Obviously teams could trade up to get him, but I can't see him as a Sixer

Is Noel an "off-injured" shot blocker because of one injury haha

Noel has had more than one injury if I remember correctly.

Don't trust anything this time of the year in regards to the draft.

He sucks but he's the Cavs mouthpiece in the media. He reports what they want him to.

Which is stupid. Who exactly are they trying to fool? They have the #1 pick. If they're releasing fault info on Embiid's health so he falls to #3 in a potential trade with Philly, that's a bad way to start off your relationship with a player
