The Mavs have Ian Mahinmi B)

I have no idea what they would offer though.

Any exception created by dealing Odom isn't big enough to take in Turkoglu. I'm not seeing LA's endgame here, nor why Dallas would help.

i think it works for both

lakers have SOMETHING up their sleeve
idk if its dwight

but odom has a 2M buyout next year. mavs could still save money, and they get a great player to replace chandler

How could Dwight do this to the Magic and the city of Orlando.... I saw the video where he said that it shouldnt matter where a player plays. If you love someone then that wont change the fact that you love them.

But one could say the same thing as a fans perspective, if you love the city and the fans then it shouldnt matter whats out there in other cities and on other teams, lol.

3 teams in the bidding: Lakers, Nets, Mavericks

I think the Lakers package is the most appealing of the 3.

Side note:

Favorite Dwight Howard quote of all-time: "You get one chance at this. You cant press the reset button. Its not like Call of Duty where you die and get back up."

Maybe he doesn't love Orlando.

At least he's giving Orlando an out option, unlike Shaq. He just walked and they got nothing back. It's better for him to just say "Hey, I've given you guys some great years. Thank you, but I feel it's time for me to move on. Get something good in return."

If he already knows hes going to test FA Market at end of year (assuming he's still with Magic), which is his right to pick his next destination, then he's doing the right thing by letting his team get a good package in return.
