ive been asking that all FAcy lol. im not sure if you can but im sure if you give hump a multi year deal he can be dealt. hes one of the best rebounders and has decent offense.

well i dont think he was an RFA but when the Knicks signed Tyson Chandler I remember people said he couldn't be dealt for a few months (because like a week later the dumb rumor of Amar'e & Tyson to Magic for DH12 came out).

I would think it's the same way for RFA.
