"I PERSONALLY GUARANTEE THAT THE LAKERS WILL WIN AN NBA CHAMPIONSHIP BEFORE THE SELF TITLED FORMER SUPERMAN WINS ONE" - Jim Buss some where, probably.

Lets not kid ourselves here, Jim Buss definitely uses wingdings as his font.

I hope Dwight has an early opt out clause, after the first year.

Then he's gonna have to share Free Agency with LeBron. He's gonna demand a trade mid season.

They should hold a league wide draft lottery for the rights to sign LeBron next off-season. That'd be fun.

I think we have the premise for LeBron's next two and a half our special on ESPN. Nice work.

All of the proceeds will go to the charitable benefit of my checking account.

LeBron should take a visit to all 30 teams, that would be nuts and casue so much hype among all fanbases.

This shit always gets to me. People making a big deal out of Howard leaving 30 mill on the table. He's got enough on that contract to pay child support for at least 50 more baby mamas.

I'm the first one to hate on Dwight but I don't like the rep he's getting from today's events. He had every right to be indecisive until the very last minute and honestly, overall he handled this Free Agency just fine. Not his fault everything in the media gets blown out of proportion and is being based on misinformed sources.
It's not like he changed his mind 5 times on twitter.

lakers are so fucked
years of mediocrity coming up

the fans are daydreaming about lebron, cmon he is not coming to the lakers
i hear kyrie. yeah because the cavs wont match his offer sheet
same with paul george, john wall, etc

and the lakers arent truly bad enough to get a great pick next year though i guess they could do something to fix that
no pick in 2015

they're going to have to strike gold with the draft

Have Kobe sit out all next year, and just get into the lottery.  Doesn't even have to be top 5.  Lakers will win it.

Are yall ready for a world where the Pelicans are better than both the Celtics and Lakers?

This might be the 2nd time in NBA/ABA history that both the Celtics and the Lakers both missed the playoffs, the other time being the 1993-94 season
