The shitstorm has already started, and it was the fucking JAGS... Hell, RG3 was in the process of destroying them before his ankle exploded.

I understand that, and I've even said that Cousins is a better fit right now for what Gruden wants to do on offense. The issue I have is that everyone thinks that Cousins should be the unquestioned starter based on one game against a bottom 10% team in the league, a game in which the jags had been preparing for RG3.

I'm not as stubborn as it may seem. I'll fully support Cousins if it comes to that, but I'm not going to blindly go all in until he proves this level of play is sustainable over an extended period of time once teams start to gameplan specifically for him.

Kirk Cousins is probably God's gift to quarterbacking and it would do you well to embrace it.

Flip the coin though: Cousins wasn't prepped for the Jags either. He came cold off the bench and still did that.

And to be fair, I have been saying this for a few months, not based on this one game. But yes, I agree with you that everyone else is basing it on this one game lol.

And as much as everyone is saying Kirk fits in Gruden's offense better, yes, sure, that is true. But my question is, what offense does Griffin really fit into other than the college spread?

No matter what system you are in, you need to be able to read the defense and make quick decisions from the pocket.
