He walked there, and he walked back all under his own power.

If everyone did what Cutler did there wouldn't be a Kirk Gibson homerun, Terrell Owens in the 04 Superbowl, Romo's comeback, Ripkin streak and so on.

Basically... I'm calling Cutler a pussy for not going back out there. I'm not questioning if he was hurt or anything like that.
I'm not gonna question somebody's pain tolerance... Everybody is different.

He's obviously a tough guy, he was sacked more than anybody last year and is on pace to be sacked even more this year.

He's no pussy. Pussy = soccer players that need stretchers after being tripped

Yeah i feel for the guy, I'll never forget how bad the Giants beat him up last year, it was like there was no offensive line.

But him still being able to walk and move around fine and not being out there helping his team really gave me a bad impression of him.

And yes I agree lol

Ewwww.... Don't remind me of having to watch Todd Collins try to play quarterback in the NFL.

That Cutler crap with the playoff game last year was just completely blown out of proportion, completely. If he could play, he would have played. I don't question Cutler whatsoever, he's a good QB that is constantly taking big beatings every weekend, eventually you aren't going to get as lucky and you are going to get hurt. It just happened at a bad time, his team still believes in him, that's all that matters.

Also, if he would have came in and played hurt and it ended up costing the team the game, everyone would have been getting on him about that, asking him why he'd be playing in such a big game when he can't give it his all. No matter how you look at it he would have been questioned for it, especially if he managed to "hide" the injury and not play up to par and find out later he was playing hurt, everyone would have said, why did you even play then?? It's just a bunch of crap, I'm actually tired of hearing about it, as far as I'm concerned he didn't deserve all of the heat he's been receiving for it.

Good posts.

I really believe he only got the heat because he is Jay Cutler and people seem to believe he has a "bad attitude" or "doesn't care." Any other QB and this wouldn't have even been a story.

Is any player's body language criticized more than Cutler's?

Body language? I can't think of anyone more than Cutler getting criticized in that area. Some QB's definitely take a lot of heat, like Tony Romo because he is the QB for the Dallas Cowboys along with a few others but I definitely think Cutler takes the most heat and a lot do seem to think he's selfish/doesn't care and all that. I don't look at Jay Cutler that way.
