The Chicago Cubs have certainly been a dynamic team to watch this year, and this is going as predicted

Sporting the likes of Jake Arrieta, Anthony Rizzo and a bunch of other stars, they have taken the league by storm getting off to a great start in 2016

How far can the Cubs go? What is their full potential, in your opinion?

We all know that the Cubs run differential is off the charts right now (153 scored; 64 allowed), and as a result, their SRS is an astronomical 3.2. To put is in perspective, the next highest is the Nationals, who with a record of 18-8, stand at 1.2 SRS. The Mets are not far behind at 1.1. Over in the AL only the White Sox are left of the decimal point (1.0).

As far as strength of schedule goes, however, Brett is correct: up until the Pirates, the Cubs have played no team with an over .500 record.

That said, they are good, and they are young.

The Cubs just swept a solid Pirates squad three straight in Pittsburgh, outscoring the Bucs 20-5. That SRS don't lie!

Take away the one brutal loss to the Reds (5-13) and that run differential is 154-56!

It does make some of the bad seasons worth it. In sports now a days, it's better to completely blow a team up instead of trying to rebuild over the course of a decade

They are projected to win 107 games, the Mets come in at 2nd with 93 according to 538

If the Cubs go .500 the rest of the way they will still win 90 games and have a shot at the Wildcard
