Earlier this month, the chances of UFC Featherweight Champion Conor McGregor squaring off with boxing great Floyd Mayweather Jr. were slim to none. Earlier this week, however, FOX Sports personality Colin Cowherd broke the news on The Herd that he had intel inform him that the cross-sport mega fight will be going down on September 17, 2016.


Now, ESPN is reporting that the fight will go down as well. Jalen Rose of
Jalen & Jacoby announced that he heard the fight is, in fact, going down. He went on to claim that he broke the news of Mayweather and Manny Pacquiaos fight going down, suggesting he has people inside Floyd Mayweathers camp.
