well i didnt necessarily mean that once he's gone everything is fixed. all i mean is that most of the things that are wrong, are because of the choices he's made. other than that it's just players not living up to potential and shit. but he makes terrible signing/drafting/coaching picks and you're right about how he hangs onto certain players too much. alot of their problems are honestly stuff that's really stupid, and it's not even like most bad teams where the team just plays bad. its frustrating.Papa Pugz said:

i can really see why its so frustrating to be a cowboys fan. in detroit everyone gets their hopes up about the lions but tje cowboys usually have a solid team and they just consistently under achieve. then jj wants to keep trying with that core.

yeah people are always saying that theyre gonna do well or are super bowl contenders every year and then they play like shit and its just aggravating. you know they should be doing better than they are, whether theyre a super bowl caliber team or not.

After a while you have to understand that the expectations of a team arent what reality is showing. Their just not that good, if you cant meet expectations then its not that your team is a bunch of underachievers. They just arent good enough. Last year I thought the Cowboys were going to finally get over the hump and they failed yet again. Part of the problem is the culture in that locker room and it starts with the head coach.
