Sure, weed's illegal, but it's not bad. And yeah, it's against the substance abuse policy, duh, but he doesn't do it during the season.

what are they gonna receive after trading josh howard? i know alot of gms wont give youth for josh howard cuz he is not that much of value. Maybe guy like Vince Carter? which prolly not but i just dont see this trade happening
