If Oklahoma can get by Clemson, we're going all the way.

Henry and Watson are both Heisman finalist along with McCaffrey. Mayfield not included in that list. He's gonna prove why he was snubbed when he wins a NC.

Why would Mayfield be invited...other than b/c you say so? He's the difference for the Sooners this year but he doesn't even lead his conference in a majority of the top stat categories. If anyone got snubbed, its Keenan Reynolds. The only reason he's not heading to New York is b/c Heisman voting has long become a popularity contest among big teams and flashy conferences. That said, Derrick Henry wins the trophy and its not even close.

Alabama WR Chris Black announced on Twitter that he will transfer. Black tore up his knee in November and has been sidelined since. Came to Tuscaloosa as a 4-star commit from Jacksonville but never made the big play impact he was expected. The emergence of Calvin Ridley and Ardarius Stewart mean Black would never see more than slot receiver reps for the rest of his collegiate career.

Mayfields numbers are very similar to the three previous Heisman winners in Manziel/Winston/Mariota. They WON the award and Mayfield can't even get an invite? And what are you talking about outside of passing yards Mayfield leads in every other QB stat ... it's all good though just more fire for him to strive.

2013 Winston: 257/384, 66.9 Pct, 4057 Yds, 40 TD, 10 Int, 184.8 Rate, 219 rush yds, 4 TD
2014 Mariota: 304/445, 68.3 Pct, 4454 Yds, 42 TD, 4 Int, 181.7 Rate, 770 rush yds, 15 TD
2015 Watson: 287/413, 69.5 Pct, 3517 Yds, 30 TD, 11 Int, 159.7 Rate, 887 rush yds, 11 TD
2015 Mayfield: 243/354, 68.6 Pct, 3389 Yds, 35 TD, 5 Int, 178.9 Rate, 420 rush yds, 7 TD
2015 Reynods: 46/84, 54.8 Pct, 964 Yds, 6 TD, 1 Int, 1,093 rush yds, 19 TD

Mayfield's numbers do merit recognition but Watson deserves to the be the QB going to NY. Watson's passing numbers go toe-to-toe with Mayfield's and his rushing totals are on par with Mariota's. And you certainly aren't going to bump Derrick Henry or Christian McCaffrey off the stage so.....where does Mayfield fit?

You can have more than 3 finalist ...
Wondering why they didn't invite four myself, but three finalists is apparently the new standard. It was only Mariota, Amari, and Melvin last year. The year before that, it was half a dozen players.

Army-Navy game is pretty good so far. Kennan Reynolds already ripped off a huge run and we're getting glimpses of how good Chris Carter is at Army. It may not be today, but Carter will lead the Knights to breaking the losing streak against the Midshipmen.

WR Corey Coleman (Baylor) is out for the Bowl game with sports hernia.

Both QB Jarrett Stidham and RB Shock Linwood of Baylor are out for the bowl game as well.

Let me go into a corner and cry for few DAYS.

Went and saw The Cure Bowl and let me tell you how exciting it is to watch a 5-7 team win a bowl game...

NOT

Not sure if I will hit up the Russell Athletic Bowl or not. I have to play some Jedi Mind Tricks to get out of work early and then fight through traffic for a 5:30 kick.

Trevor Knight may be headed to College Station while reports are former Texas A&M QB Kyler Murray won't be heading to the Longhorns. Murray apparently is interested in Austin but the feeling isn't mutual.
