nah. He's still going to sue for "Damages". He's just not going to sue to keep the team. 
 
It's official in that the Sterling Trust (which I guess owns the team, much like the Madison Square Garden Corp. owns the Knicks) had their doctors examine him and diagnose him with Alzheimer's a week ago (which to me is real sketchy) and removed him from control for that reason. So they can sell the team without his signature.
