Charity logo, possible collab?

Most of you know I do a lot of work with a charity called Bicycles for Humanity-Montana, well we are going our separate ways and now we are Wheels of Change so I'm working to re-illustrate my book, make a website, and do logos and shirts.

So here is the first prototype of the logo, but I feel it's kinda blah right now. If anyone has any ideas or would like to work on it, please please please help me out

Maybe make the O and C both bike tires...and have an actual bike. But have like a blue O and C in the tires or something.
