What is the ceiling and floor for your team this season, record wise?

Giants - 10-6, 4-12. This D is so bad but if the offensive line holds up our offense could surprise and carry us. Eli had a career year last season, so if our receivers stay healthy a full year of Odell & Cruz could be awesome.

For what it's worth I think we're more towards that 4-12, especially with the injured safeties.

14-2 ceiling, 9-7 floor

The team has never been .500 or worse in the Brady era, so 9-7 is our floor. I tried to be realistic with the ceiling, as I wouldn't be shocked with Brady (playing 16 games) going nuts and go for the perfect season, so I think we'll probably lose to Dallas and at Denver, being our realistic ceiling.

Most likely we'll go 11-5 or 12-4, with an AFCE Division Title.

This team is either going to be a playoff team or a dumpster fire imo

Ceiling 11-5 Floor 8-8

This team is too good to not be .500 without major injuries.

This. I think Eli will be better year 2 under Mccadoo, but the shuffling of the line worries me. The defense is putrid so Im going with 6-10 and Coughlin gets fired.

Best case: 11-5...offense hits on all cylinders, Drew has one of those low teen interception seasons he has every other season, running game clicks behind a trio of great backs and an improved offensive line. Defense plays up to its potential and pressures the QB and creates turnovers.

Worst case: 7-9...Drew turns the ball over once a game, offensive line struggles and doesn't run or pass block particularly well, defense plays more along the lines of last season and doesn't get pressure, can't stop the run, etc.

I feel like Cousins is going to be good enough to deliver a few meaningless wins to keep us out of a decent draft slot.  Much like Rex Grossman. Perpetual mediocrity.

Im not afraid of your offense anymore. Bush is gone, Colston is old, Graham is gone, and just way too much roster turnover which will be evident at the beginning of the year. Best case 9-7, worst case 5-11

I feel like the metaphorical Saints house is probably about a foot tall.  Their best and worst case is pretty close to each other.  Any team led by Drew Brees isn't going to be bad, but all the pieces he has around him won't lead them to be great.  I feel like a best case 10, worst case 8 sort of thing is about right.

While I agree with your statement. His supporting cast is just not the same that it has been and Brees had such a good consistent offensive line in years past which isnt the same. I see this year being a regression in comparison to years past.

you didn't even mention their best non-Brees player on the entire roster, Brandin Cooks.

Before getting injured, he was putting up the best rookie WR numbers (granted ODB missed a lot of those games)

Cooks is a stud, and is a Randall Cobb clone. Saints lost pieces for sure, but Cooks can easily put up 100 catches + 1200 yards this year if healthy

The offense will still be one of the best in the league, it's just a matter of if they'll be able to put up enough points in shootouts given the likely hood of the defense struggling. You named Bush, Colston, and Graham, but honestly I'm not sure how much any of it matters.

Bush hasn't been on this team for half a decade, and CJ Spiller is going to be that role and do well. I still think Colston can do what he's always done, he's always been a possession guy. The Graham loss, he's a great player but I don't think not having him will hurt the offense. I think he's replaceable.

Like bosox said, you failed to mention our biggest weapon, Brandin Cooks, who is about to have a huge season.

I still think this offense will be top 5, probably top 3. Still a lot of weapons. Ingram, Spiller, Robinson, Colston, Cooks, Coleman, Watson, and Hill are all very capable. Another guy to keep an eye on, Willie Snead. I think he's a sleeper to do some under the radar things.

There's no guaranteeing that Brandin Cooks' small frame won't be the undoing of his season, either. I don't think the Saints are a threat to unseat the Panthers, and I think Atlanta has the potential to rise back up, this year.  By the 2017 season, the Saints could be the forgotten team in the NFC South. Truth be told, they should have moved on from their massively overrated head coach and brought in a new regime.

Atlanta is who I would be worried about, Carolina doesn't. To many holes.
