How in the hell are the Rams going to afford to extend Ramsey?

Goff, Donald, Gurley and Cooks alone will count about $92 million against the cap next season. Ramsey is going to get at least $16 million per on his extension.

You're tying up over 60% of the salary cap in five players (albeit five players at very important positions). If you're going to go all in on this, you have to absolutely nail the draft in the next few years, yet they don't have a first round pick for the next two years.

They actually haven't had a first round pick since the year they drafted Goff.

I don't think this even moves the needle. This is the NFL equivalent of throwing shit at a canvas to see what sticks.

Marcus Peters was awful in man coverage, so they’ve been running zone. Now with Peters gone and Jalen in, Wade can bring back his concepts from the 2015 Broncos. This unquestionably makes the Rams better than they were

Not really. Aside from the Bucs game, the defense hasn't been a problem. Goff sucks when McVay isn't on his game has been the problem.
