Looks pretty good. Background looks rather flat. Needs some depth. Maybe move the text down a little, and expand on it. It looks alright, but try to expand your text layout so it's not the same predictable single line of text for his name. I don't think the white brushing at the top is entirely necessary either.

Not a bad sig though. Reminds me a little of something redbull would make.

I like the text and the background. the render area is a little messy though.

As people have said the BG is kinda bland, try adding some depth. Also, as mentioned, the text could use some work. To add on my own comment though, the lighting is kinda washing the sig out. I'd try some different lighting styles to make it pop.
