Didn't he say he wanted a max deal last offseason? Lol
He didn't actually say a max, but said with all the money going around the league to all these players, he's expecting a nice pay

No way dude is worth a max unless he somehow gets back to atleast 75% of his old self

I mean u can't say he was trash in the playoffs last year. He did quite good for what was expected. This year yea I agree he's been trash and it's been pissing me off but I feel like there's more problems within the organization, players and coach which is causing this. Freds system was misunderstood at first, then all the fights between players happened. I'm gonna go on and say I'm giving him the last last chance. He just had very solid 3 games in a row and I'm hoping after all these fights the Bulls finally gonna play their basketball so yea, one last chance lol maybe he needed to knock off some rust too like kobe. He's still in a process of coming back from the injuries I guess cuz he barely dunked one game and in the interview he was saying how he's almost there leg wise, and should be back to dunking soon so idk he's fucked in the head but yea one last chance, last hope, if he doesn't step up this year, the entire chicago will give up on him after being with him and having his back all these years
I mean, he's definitely in "do-or-die" mode right now. Even if he continues the rest of his career like he has been playing lately I don't think he's hall of fame worthy.

If he's a 18/5/7 guy with two championships? ;)

His problem is mostly mental I think, he's still in the physical prime of his life. It's his own fault he can't get back there IMO. (Like mentally he doesn't trust himself or something, that kinda sounded like I called him lazy but that's not what I meant)

He's definitely scared. He doesn't play like the same guy anymore because I think he is scared of re-injuring himself since he seems to be so prone to doing so. If he gets that reckless fire back he could rebound, but I don't think we will ever see that again... For obvious reasons.

Spot on. Russ came back with the same (if not more) intensity to shut people up and be a better player.

Speaking of mentality now, ever since Butler cried to the media, the funny thing is that rose has been playing better than him. Butler looked like a rookie out there last night vs raptors. Made so many mental mistakes cuz he's not focused. Dude was so humble before all this money smh "just a role player on a really good team" now he wants to be superman smh

Although Taj is a huge reason for our current 5 game win streak I can live with a trade for a Mclemore. Portis has shown a lot of promise. I dont think Noah has much value. Probably get a Gerald Henderson type for him. We shouldn't resign Noah anyways. Love the guy but he just isn't much on the court the last couple years. We need a consistent wing guy more than a big. We have enough front court depth.

He was bad those games lol so no not really. The first three or four games after his comments he wasn't himself, then after rose went down, he stepped up. I'm glad he's playing well, trust me
