Actually, no one has to be the realistic Giants fan in a thread about the Vikings firing Brad Childress.

I guess that I have to be the realistic person in this thread...

If not for our SB run back in 2007, he would be long gone by now.

We went from a division leader to a team that will scrap for a WC spot. Injuries happen, but playing without discipline falls directly on the coaching staff.

We have beaten ourselves three times this year, and I wouldn't be surprised if that number increased before the season is over.

I expect heads to roll if we miss the playoffs again...
i'm not saying heads WONT roll if we miss the playoffs, but we're 6-4 and in good position to MAKE the playoffs.

You gotta relax a little and not overreact to two bad games.

And you're not being realistic, you're still off topic, SO SHUT THE <Censored> UP.

Took far too long. Should have been fired weeks ago.

This will be my last post about this topic:

We're not in a good position to make the playoffs right now. If the season ended yesterday, we wouldn't be playing in the postseason. We got through the easy part of our schedule in dominating fashion like last year, but between the injuries and recurring errors by the players (that aren't being solved by the coaches), we are now facing an uphill battle.

To add insult to injury (literally), Hakeem Nicks will be out for a minimum of three weeks. Now our top two WR's along with half of our starting line are out.

I'll still watch every game and believe that we can win all of them, but I know that things are not going well for Big Blue right now.

He got fired too early IMO. I wanted us to crush them while he was still the HC.
