Bowen Set To Retire

Bruce Bowen is retiring from the NBA on Thursday.

“I’m very happy,” Bowen, 38, said this morning. “It hasn’t been difficult. I was content about it and understood it was going to happen.”

Bowen had an audition with ESPN earlier this week and will be working on something with Turner Broadcasting later.

Yea but he worked his ass off to become an NBA caliber player, he's really one of the better stories in the league.

pretty sad to see him retire, thought he would end up with the Celtics for atleast 1 more year
