These are very cliche. The type of things you'd find if you googled "wallpaper of athletes name here". These are probably in the upper tier of that type of work, but still pretty cookie cutter. Maybe try experimenting with some more unique lay-outs/effects/etc? If you're into this style, thats cool.

I would maybe go into the sigs and walls section and browse around to try to find some inspiration on what you can do on your stuff. Ditch the watermark. Also, when you build up enough of a post count (quality posts) then you can check the resources section and download some stock packs to help you out.
