I feel like the Clippers are going to be this era's Sacramento Kings.

They have so many good pieces yet they dont look like a championship caliber team because they dont have a wing thats a lockdown defender.

the kings were a championship team, they just ran into powerhouse teams in the west. this clippers team is just unable to get over the hump. they got to a certain level and never got past it. its like the front office settled on being good enough, and not great.

You could say the Kings werent able to get over the hump as well. But either way it was a bad analogy.

Suns of this era? A bit closer...

Clippers are like the mavs, but at least the mavs got to the finals twice and won one

Now what the fuck?

Blake is extremely high profile. As big as they come in sports

What was said that he punched the guy, then followed him outside and did it again? Wow

Blake is usually pretty smart about off court stuff too

Yeah they didn't get over the hump because a ref openly rigged games against them in the western conference finals

Don't get this kind of stuff.  What could possibly take place that would require Griffen to punch a team staff member? If it was something that bad, then I'm sure the staff member would be the one let go, not Griffen.  To me, I think BG is a hot head.  The dude is legit, so why doesn't he just play BB?? Don't see Dirk, Durant, etc doing this crap!

maybe he hit him jokingly? maybe he said something personal as a joke and blake didnt like it? i dont see blake as a hot head so this could have been things just adding up and out of frustration he took something wrong and hit the dude.

When you say powerhouse teams, you mean Tim Donaghy et al, right?
