Bills Announce QB Jeff Tuel To Start Week One

I've heard of Tuel and seen VERY LITTLE footage of him

We had people on this board (kam, TTN, me, Mooche, etc) saying Kaepernick should be a first round pick. I don't know why everyone is so shocked that he's doing well. He's a good QB who developed for a bit, and now is on one of the best teams in football

Personaly the only hope the bills have is with manuel but if he cant go i feel better about tuel then i wouldve with kolb
