The Bills only plan to start Tuel if Manuel can't play, but Tuel has a lot of physical ability and has had some nice moments in the preseason.

Like BWare said, they are only PLANNING as if Tuel is going to start. EJ is already saying he's ready to go ... he'll be ready week 1. IF not though, Tuel has played pretty decent so far. I know it's 2nd and third teams he's facing, but I don't think he's absolutely clueless out there.

Colin Kaepernick? Only the quarterback who lit it up at Nevada and took Boise State's chance at title contention away from them. Kaepernick was drafted. I hadn't even heard of Tuel before the preseason.
 
However, I have liked what I've seen out of Tuel, so far.
