Pretty even imo. At quick glance I'd say the Tigers starters have pitched better than the numbers suggest while the A's starters haven't pitched as well as the numbers suggest. I'd go A's simply because their top 4 is better than the Tigers top 4.

Definitely an evenly matched rotation but wow Verlander has struggled this season. Ugly numbers.

As Cameron mentioned, if Verlander was pitching up to par I'd go with Tigers. But since he's not, as of right now, I gotta give the edge to the Athletics. It's not a big difference and I like Detroit's offense more. But for this, I gotta go with Athletics.

The Tigers rotation can be as good as it wants to be though, it won't matter if their bullpen continues to blow games

Yeah the Athletics have quite the advantage bullpen wise.. They have really good pitching from starting to relief.

The A's have a lot of faith in Hammel for some reason. Although, he been rocked in the past 4 games he pitched lol.

they both are pretty good but I would go with the TIger have a slight advantage. i see these two teams playing in the ALCS
